Property Description
Finca SA CASETA is located in a beautiful and quiet rural area between the towns of Santa Maria and Buñola at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
A few minutes from the center of Santa Maria towards the outskirts, we arrive at this idyllic and quiet property. The house is furnished in a simple and rustic way but very functional and with a lot of love.
The house has a living area of approx. 120 m² distributed over two floors and houses a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (1 shower, 1 en-suite/shower, 1 shower in bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor (1x double bed 1.50 x 1.90 m, 1x single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m) and the third room is located on the first floor (1x double bed 1, 40 x 1.80 m). Two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor and the third on the first floor is an en-suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the entrance with large areas such as an anteroom with table and chairs, a loft to relax reading a book, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with satellite television and Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchen is connected to a room that houses a built-in barbecue with table and chairs and the dishwasher and that overlooks the outside terraces. The washer and dryer are located in a room next to the main house. The covered terrace next to the house is a nice corner with a table and chairs and from here, you reach the fantastic exterior that offers a beautiful and very large garden. The private saltwater pool is 9m x 4m (depth 0.90 x 1.80m) and has sun loungers and parasols and is ideal for cooling off after sunbathing.
One of the highlights is a small house with gym machines and an elevated house next to the pool so the little ones can play. There is also a bicycle storage corner. So, this property is simply ideal for all types of vacations, whether it is with family, friends, or sports fans. The town of Santa Maria is located a few minutes from here.
