Property Description
This finca, newly built in 2006, is located on a Mallorcan estate with a well-kept garden near Binissalem.
The town of Binissalem is, among other things, one of the most famous wine-growing regions on the Balearic Island, to which the village dedicates a traditional festival every year.
The finca offers a total of four double bedrooms (all with 1.60 x 1.90m double beds) and four bathrooms (all en-suite) on two floors with approx. 240 m² of living space, enough space for up to 8 guests.
On the lower floor there are two bedrooms (one with access to the pool terrace) and two en-suite bathrooms as well as the spacious, bright living room with satellite TV, WiFi internet, large dining table and the modern kitchen with dining table and TV, which is equipped with a dishwasher.
On the upper floor there are the other two bedrooms and bathrooms, also ensuite. The house has central air conditioning.
In front of the house, the huge covered terrace with a couch and dining table offers plenty of shade. From here, the beautiful view of the garden and the private 10 x 4 m swimming pool (depth of 0.80 x 1.80 m) ensures the well-deserved holiday atmosphere. Sun loungers and parasols also invite you to sunbathe. On the side of the house by the pool there is a brick barbecue with a sink.
Binissalem can be reached from the finca in just 5 minutes by car and there you will find all the necessary shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars. The closest sandy beaches, such as the many bathing bays in the south of Palma or the beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia in the north, can be reached by car in just 15 - 20 minutes thanks to the good motorway connection.
