Property Description
Welcome to our fantastic finca VERI ALT with space for up to 6 people, 250 m2 of living space, more than 70,000 m2 of rustic land and a private 7 x 4 m saltwater pool. The house was recently restored and is located in a wonderful place in full contact with nature. There are sheep, horses and a variety of native bird species in the adjacent fields.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds; 2 bathrooms with shower and an additional bathroom with shower next to the pool area. On the ground floor is the large living room with a long dining table, the opposite kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, one of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. Of course, there is wifi internet, satellite TV and grill.
A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper floor where the second bedroom is distributed as an open gallery and the third bedroom behind it, here is also the second bathroom. It is worth highlighting a museum room dedicated to the conservation of tools and objects from the oldest rural tradition in Mallorca.
The property is less than 10 minutes by car from Llucmajor and the capital Palma, whose port and historic center are worth seeing. Llucmajor has classic restaurants and bars such as Café Colón, the Spanish bar and Es Caliuet. The weekly market with various stalls of fruits, vegetables, clothes, etc. takes place every Friday.
One of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Es Trenc can be quickly reached in about 20 minutes via the motorway connection. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi. For golf lovers, a 10-minute drive takes us to the Son Antem and Maioris courses.
