Property Description

This Mallorcan finca with a beautiful garden area is located on the east coast near the fishing village of Porto Cristo, just a few minutes from the many beaches of the Calas de Mallorca. From the finca you can easily reach the place on foot with a short walk of around 4 km. So you can treat yourself to a carefree glass of wine or two in one of the typical Mallorcan bars in the marina. 

The finca offers a spacious, beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with many shady spots where you can find plenty of relaxation and recreation in complete peace and enjoy a fabulous view over the surrounding fields. The outdoor area with the private 9 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 m - 1.90 m) is wonderfully integrated into the garden, just a few meters from the house. 

The house for up to 8 guests offers approximately 280m² of living space spread over two floors, a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, four spacious bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x single bed) and a total of three bathrooms (1x EnSuite). Two bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning. By the pool there is also a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue, sofas and dining table. 

A great finca that offers incredible peace and quiet and where you will definitely quickly feel at home! The nearest beaches such as Cala Mandia can be reached by car in around 5 minutes and many others in around 10 minutes.
