Property Description

Magnificent country house on the outskirts of Pollensa, located in a very quiet area overlooking the countryside and the mountains surrounding Pollensa and breezes that come from the sea. Built with high quality materials, large and bright, decorated with very elegant furniture and character.

It has capacity for 8-12 people, with a constructed area of ​​320 m2, distributed in 6 bedrooms, 1 of them in the basement, 4 bathrooms, 1 of them in Suite, a beautiful dining room with exposed beams, a fully equipped kitchen and hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms. In the basement of the house there are 2 English-style patios, letting natural light into this plant.

There is also an independent studio with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 double bedroom, but when the house is rented for 8 people the studio is closed.

Outside the house we can enjoy a beautiful furnished veranda and a fantastic garden very well maintained with private pool and solarium.

Very well located, just 2.5 km from the town and 3 km from the beautiful Pollensa Bay and its beaches.

 

IMPORTANT: From November to March it will only be rented for 8 people, 4 bedrooms.
