Property Description

The finca is wonderfully nestled in the middle of a Mallorcan winery on the outskirts of Santa Maria. The old, restored mill in front of the finca is a real eye-catcher!

The house itself offers around 250 m² of living space on two floors, a total of 4 double bedrooms (three with 2 single beds each and 1 with a double bed), four bathrooms (all en-suite), all bedrooms have their own air conditioning, a living-dining room with satellite TV , Wifi internet and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher.

From the living room you can access the magical garden, which is laid out like a small forest and therefore provides plenty of shade. Here you will also find the large private 10 m x 5 m saltwater swimming pool and the covered seating terrace right next to it... a dream spot to quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a mobile grill and plenty of parking space in the garden.

The owners' family produce their own wine on this huge 26 hectare estate, so you can enjoy a guided tour and tasting while you spend your finca holiday here.

The town of Santa Maria is located in the north of the capital Palma de Mallorca and is an ideal starting point for all directions on the island as there is a nearby motorway connection from the finca. The nearest supermarkets in Santa Maria or Marratxi are just a few minutes away by car. For more extensive shopping, you can drive to the capital Palma in just a few minutes (15 km). For those looking for special offers or just want to spend a fun family afternoon, we recommend the Mallorca Fashion Outlet shopping center, just 6 km away.
