Property Description

This luxurious Villa is a large modern house with pool in the rural community of Establiments in the north of the capital Palma de Mallorca. 

The villa is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range and is the perfect starting point for cyclists or hikers. But those looking for peace and tranquility will also find their place for a perfect holiday on the spacious pool terrace with cozy chill-out areas. 

On a total of three floors, the house offers twelve beautiful rooms equipped with double beds. All rooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning and each their own satellite television. Broadband internet/Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the pool area, so there are also good options for home-office work.

As soon as you enter the entrance floor you immediately realize that this is a very special villa. A short hallway leads directly to the huge open kitchen, equipped with everything imaginable. There is a long dining table and access to the spacious pool terrace with mobile barbecue and lounging area in the 9m x 5m saltwater pool. There are four bedrooms on this entrance floor and a further four bedrooms on the upper floor, these with an open bathroom. And on the ground floor are the other four bedrooms, as well as a large bar like in a chic nightclub, a home-office area and the "Arnold Classic Gym"... there is even another hidden highlight, massage room and a wall where up to 12 bicycles can be parked. 

This villa is the perfect combination of relaxation and activity to make your holiday in Mallorca unforgettable. Whether you want to go hiking, cycling or simply lounge by the pool and enjoy the views of the pretty fields and mountain panorama, this villa has something for everyone.
