Property Description

This Villa is in a stunning seafront location on the slopes of Cala L'Longa opposite Es Castell and offers fantastic views over the Bay of Mahon, one of the largest natural harbors in the world. 

A few steps from the villa there is a small beach that is almost always deserted. A paddle board is available to our guests here. In the private swimming pool with color-changing LED lighting you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. 

The house itself offers a total of 3 double bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single beds) and 3 bathrooms (2x EnSuite) on two floors with around 160 m² of living space. On the ground floor with the pool terrace is the bright living area with satellite TV and WiFi internet. Behind it continues to the modern kitchen and to two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a staircase leads to the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the living-room have thier own aircondition.

The highlight of this villa is of course the wonderful terrace with a covered seating area and views of the bay and the sea. Here you can really unwind at the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers. Cala Llonga is one of the island's most exclusive residential areas, famous for its elevated, south-facing water views and breathtaking sunsets. 

Cala Llonga has a small supermarket and a reputable family restaurant just a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the house. The port town of Mahon with numerous shops and restaurants on the water is also just 10 minutes away.
